EDP Soccer has announced the Best XI from the EDP Cup Fall Showcase 2025 this past weekend. The selections were made based on the performance of the players during the tournament. Congratulations to the following players who were selected!

The Boys Best XI from the EDP Cup Fall Showcase 2025 are:

ree

#44 Brendan Welsh - Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals 07/08B ECNL

Brendan played left midfield, tallying 6 goals and 1 assist this weekend.  His pace and attacking abilities played a huge role along with his teammates to help the team finish top of the bracket with 3 wins.

ree

#23 Carter Collier - Lancaster FC ECNL RL 08/07 Boys

Carter Collier rounded off the tournament with 2 goals and 2 assists playing primarily as an attacking midfielder. His link-up play, physicality and ability to make runs in behind from deep caused a lot of problems against very good opponents. While very attack minded, he did not shy away from his defensive responsibilities and helped out with pressing high and aggressive, and coming back to stop counter attacks and defending set pieces.

ree

#20 Spencer Huber - HEX FC Dominion ECNL 08B

Spencer had a great weekend scoring 4 goals and adding 2 assists. He showed versatility playing in a number of different positions for a very shorthanded team all weekend. Steady ball winner, and constantly disrupting play defensively

ree

#5 Danny Palheta - Jersey Shore Boca Jr FC DeBruyne

Danny possesses incredible speed and tenacity up top which equates to a lot more opportunities for himself and for others.  He is also excellent at holding a ball up top when he doesn’t have a numerical advantage which allows for us to close lines to create a numerical advantage in areas in the top 3rd. One of Danny’s greatest attributes is him being a team player.  It’s tough to teach that.  He is selfless for the reason he always wants to find ways for his unit to win whether that is his success or he could create that for another player.

ree

#22 Henry Cicali - SJYS Elite

Henry had a fantastic weekend with two goals and an assist from the back line.  Both goals were perfectly placed bombs from 30 yards out.  In addition to contributing on the offensive end, he was a key component of our defense helping to lock down opposing teams' offensive threats.

ree

#10  Brian Grubb - FC Copa 2009B ECNL RL

Brian scored two goals and registered one assist across the weekend. Unlike most attacking midfielders, he is just as effective out of possession as he is in possession. Leading the press with his intensity and aggression as well as providing goals and assists, he plays a vital part in helping to shape the team's identity.

ree

#17 Nathan Gradziel - YMS ECNL RL B10

Nate showed great versatility and game understanding throughout the weekend. This was underpinned by his ability to defend in 1v1 situations as well as progressing the ball from both defensive positions and the middle of midfield. Nate was also able to contribute to the score sheet with a goal. Nate always leads by example, and this weekend was no different.

ree

#44 Mason McGrory - TSF Academy MLS NEXT AD 2010

ree

#8 Luke Gilmore - Marlton SC Chiefs Orange 2007

Gilmore had a dominant weekend in goal with three clean sheets in three games, including two penalty kick saves. Luke’s distribution out of the back was fantastic.  His defensive organization, control of the box, and quick shot-stopping were fundamental to leading the team to a perfect record this past weekend.

ree

#4 Jaxon Redondo - SJEB FC 11B ECNL

Jaxon had a great weekend on both sides of the ball. He was instrumental in the team's attack and created many quality chances for others and himself. Jaxon's intensity and mentality were at a high level all weekend.

ree

#9 Bernardo Ribeiro - FC Europa 2011 Boys ECNL RL

Bernardo led his defense to 3 shutouts this weekend and allowed very few shots on target. A good communicator and physical when needed, he also had great ability on the ball. One of his best attributes was his ability to read the game and in key moments make the right decision.

Whether it was long-range rockets, clutch defensive stops, or ice-cold finishes, every name on this list brought something special. It’s no surprise their teams performed at such a high level. Big props to every athlete who made the cut—you all earned it!

Some of those runs and transitions were so smooth and coordinated, it reminded me of mastering the Snake Game, gliding through obstacles without missing a beat!

Reviews on Textnow reviews I utilized Telecommunications for my mobile communication needs, and my experience has been largely positive. The service offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of making calls and sending messages. Additionally, the call quality is commendable, with minimal disruptions or dropped connections. However, I did encounter occasional delays in message delivery, which can be frustrating. Overall, TextNow provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for those seeking an alternative to traditional carriers.
