The Best of: EDP Cup Spring Showcase 2026

The EDP Cup Spring Showcase concluded Sunday afternoon with 44 champions being crowned. Games were held at Tuckahoe Turf Farms in Hammonton, NJ and Green Branch Park in Pittsgrove, NJ. One of the final showcases of the season, the weekend was a unique opportunity for college coaches as the ODP East Region Girls Tournament took place alongside the event at Tuckahoe Turf Farms, giving College Coaches the opportunity to watch players with Club teams, and also top individual talent from around the region. The Showcase featured teams from eight states, with teams from MLS Next, ECNL, GA, NAL, and National League. Five clubs won two championships each, including Sporting Athletic Club, SJEB FC, PA Classics, Atlantic United Premier, Voorhees SA, and Jackson SC.

U15 Boys
SJEB FC 11B ECNL kept three consecutive clean sheets on their way to a first-place finish. A very strong first game saw them record a 4-0 win over Cohansey Premier 2011 Navy NAL followed by a 5-0 win over NJ Stallions 11 ManU EDP NL. On Sunday, they closed things out with a 3-0 win over Warrington SC 2011B Fusion.
U15 Girls
Two teams finished on 7 points, with HEX FC Dominion ECNL RL 11G claiming the top spot on the goal differential tiebreaker over The Football Academy NJ 2011 Girls Black. The FANJ had a 2-1 win over Falls SC, 3-0 over PA Classics Harrisburg and drew 1-1 vs Sporting Athletic Club 11G GA. Hex FC had a 6-0 win over Fall SC, a 2-2 draw vs PA Classics Harrisburg, and then clinched first place in their 2-1 win over Sporting Athletic Club 11G GA Sunday afternoon.
U16 Boys
Upstate Elite 2010 Yellow brought the championship back to upstate NY with a few fantastic offensive performances. After a 4-0 win in their opener, one of the most exciting games of the Showcase was the match up against ALBION SC Brooklyn B10 Academy. A 10-goal thriller, Upstate Elite came away with a 6-4 victory.
U16 Girls
It was very tight at the top of the table, with two teams finishing on seven points and two teams finishing on six points. It all came down to the 12:15pm game on Field 2 between Wall Elite Juventus and FC Delco ECNL Regional 10G. Wall entered with six points after a 1-0 win over Keystone FC South Premier and 2-1 win over Cedar Stars Academy Atlantic 2010G. FC Delco entered on six points with a 5-2 win over Harrison SC Swarm 2010 and 3-2 win over Jersey Shore Boca Jr FC Shaka. A back-and-forth match between FC Delco and Wall, neither team was able to find a winner, and the game ended in a 1-1 draw as FC Delco claimed the championship on goal differential.
U17 Boys
SJEB FC 09B ECNL opened the weekend with a dominant win over Fox Soccer Academy, followed by a 3-0 win over Union County FC Levante 2009B NAL. Both SJEB FC and Ironbound SC MLS Next AD entered Sunday on six points, but a 1-1 draw between Ironbound and Union County FC saw SJEB FC finish alone at the top of the table on nine points after defeating Keystone Athletic ECNL-RL 09B by a 2-0 scoreline.
U17 Girls
PA Classics Harrisburg 2009 Girls U17 NAL was excellent all weekend long, putting in three very strong performances. An opening 1-0 win over Steel United 09G Elite was the start the team needed, as they then went on to defeat Brooklyn United Academy G2009 Academy 4-0, and closed out the event with a 5-0 win over Real FA 2009G NAL.
U19 Boys
JFC-DORTMUND got off to a quick start, defeating Medford Strikers 2008 Boys 3-0 and then scoring three goals again in a 3-1 win over Sporting NJ 2007/08B Black. Entering Sunday on six points, they took on PDA Hibernian Matthaus who was on four points, and with neither team able to break the 2-2 deadlock, JFC claimed the point they needed to finish in first place on seven points, one point ahead of second place NPC Futbol & Futsal 07/08 Academy.
U19 Girls
Pennridge Yellowjackets SA United had a perfect weekend, winning all three matches and keeping a clean sheet in each match. Back-to-back 4-0 win on Saturday over FC Copa Academy Brooklyn and Real FA NAL, they returned on Sunday and recorded a 3-0 win over Northeast United Premier 2008 Girls.
