Over the weekend, New Jersey Youth Soccer Futsal State Cup 2024, managed by EDP Soccer hosted over 170 teams. On Saturday, over 40 Boys clubs were in action, and on Sunday over 25 Girls clubs competed at All Season Sports Academy in Plainfield, NJ and Iron Peak Sports & Events in Hillsborough, NJ. Champions were crowned in 29 brackets. Reel Stream Media Group Select dominated the youngest boys age groups, winning five championships at 9U-10U, and New York Red Bulls dominated the older boys age groups, winning three championships at 13U-14U. The Football Academy NJ claimed the most Girls Championships winning three Divisions.

8U Boys
Reel Stream Media Group Select 2016B Showcase opened up with a tough 6-5 defeat against Ballers Den, but rebounded with back-to-back big wins to meet The Football Academy NJ - 2016 Boys Black in the final, who was 3-0-0 in the group stages. In the final, RSMG was able to neutralize The Football Academy attack that had scored 24 goals in group play. RSMG came out with a 7-2 win in the championship.
8U Girls
The Football Academy NJ 2016 Girls Black put in a tremendous performance, winning all four of their matches. During the event, they kept two clean sheets, and were one of the highest scoring teams.Â
9U Boys
In the Red division, Reel Stream Media Group Select 2015B Showcase put in one of the best defensive performances of the weekend, allowing just two goals in the groups stages where they went 3-0-0. In the final, A.S. Junior Elite 2015 Boys gave them their best test, but RSMG was up to the challenge, and won the final by a 7-4 scoreline.
In the White division, Rangers Futsal Academy 15B Orange advanced to the final with a tie-breaker over Futevol Premier 2015 Yellow, and would come up against Reel Stream Media Group Select 2015B Academy II. RSMG defeated Rangers Futsal Academy for the second time of the weekend to win the championship, winning the first match 3-2, and the final 6-3.
9U Girls
Reel Stream Media Group Select 2015G Showcase entered their final match on nine points, having won each of their first three games. In their last game, they took on PDA 2015 Blue, who entered on seven points, and could win the group with a victory. It was a closely-contested match that saw RSMG win 3-1 to win the championship.
10U Boys
In the Red division, A.S. Junior Elite 2014 Boys used a strong attack to go 3-0-0 in the group stage, recording wins of 5-2, 5-3, and 7-2. In the final, they faced Gold Coast Select 2014 who also went 3-0-0 in the group stage, with an impressive 23 goals for and only 4 goals against. Gold Coast Select 2014 remained undefeated on the weekend, with their 5-3 victory in the final.Â
In the White division, Reel Stream Media Group Select 2014B Showcase held opponents to just one goal in three of their four matches, including a 6-1 win over Perfect Touch Futsal Club PTS 2014 Boys in the final.
In the Yellow division, it was a four-team race for the final headed into the last match. A 4-4 draw between Reel Stream Media Group Select 2014B Academy II and MSA 2014 Raptors Blue saw RMSG into the final to take on Community First SC Warriors, and RMSG would win the final 5-1.
10U Girls
U.S. Futsal Club Ballers Den 2014G and Reel Stream Media Group Select 2014G Showcase both entered the final after going 3-0-0, putting in dominating performances in each of their matches. In the final, it was back-and-forth, with both teams unable to pull away. Ballers Den would win the exciting match by the close scoreline of 5-4.
11U Boys
In the Red division, Gold Coast Select showed their great depth in the age group, winning both bracket A and bracket B with each side going 3-0-0 to meet in the final match. In the final, Gold Coast Select 2013 Black would win the intra-club battle.
In the White division, the final was another battle of 3-0-0 teams with Jersey City Soccer Association 2013 Boys Green A and The Football Academy NJ 2013 Boys Black. In an extremely close match, Jersey City would edge The Football Academy for the championship.
11U Girls
In the Red bracket, it was a repeat of the U10 final from earlier in the day, with U.S. Futsal Club Ballers Den 2013G facing off against Reel Stream Media Group Select 2013G Showcase. Same as the U10 final, it was a very close match, with both teams putting in an impressive performance, with Ballers Den also winning this match up between the clubs.
In the Yellow bracket, Plainfield United was 3-0-0, and defeated Olè Futsal Regional G2013 White 5-2 in the final.
12U Boys
In the Red division, A.S. Junior Elite 2012 Boys advanced out of a three-way tie in bracket A, finishing in first place over FDP Futsal Boys 2012 and Reel Stream Media Group Select 2012B Showcase. In the final, they defeated an unbeaten MSA 2012 Spartans Blue 5-3.
In the White division, MSA 2012 Spartans Blue 2 and Success Academy Soccer Program SA 2012B - Blue both dominated each of their group stage games, and had a closely contested battle in the final. MSA allowed its only goal of the tournament in the final, but came out as champions winning 2-1.
12U Girls
In the Red bracket, The Football Academy NJ 2012 Girls Black and Total Futsal Academy 2012G Black met in the final in a rematch of their opening game. The Football Academy was the winner in both, taking the opening game 6-2, and the championship with a 5-3 victory.
In the Yellow bracket, The Football Academy NJ 2012 Girls Silver made it a clean sweep of the age group. They went 4-0-0 to claim first place, with Total Futsal Academy 2012G Gold going 3-1-0 to finish in second place.
13U Boys
In the Red division, the New York Red Bulls occupied the top three spots in the standings. New York Red Bulls - Stars reached the final despite losing its final group game 6-4 to CAT 2011 Elite Boys, where they took on New York Red Bulls - Empire, who finished out their perfect weekend with their fourth win by a 5-1 scoreline.
In the White division, NJ Nationals FC 2011 Boys Select finished the day with back-to-back close matches. They reached the final with a 2-2- draw against Success Academy Soccer Program SA 2011B - Blue, and then defeated Rangers Futsal Academy 11B Blue on penalty kicks in the championship match.
13U Girls
In the Red bracket, both The Football Academy NJ 2011 Girls Black and CAT 2011 Girls Winter Select made the final with 2-0-1 record, both drawing against Rangers Futsal Academy 11G Orange. In the final, neither team could find a winner in regulation, and the game would be decided in penalties, with CAT winning the championship.
In the Yellow bracket, Total Futsal Academy 2011G Gold made the final going 2-0-1, and took on SUSA FC Futsal Academy G11 White who was 1-0-2 in group play. In the final, SUSA FC would win their rematch with Total Futsal Academy to win the championship.
14U Boys
In the Red division, New York Red Bulls - Bulls came out of the gates strong with a 7-2 win over Match Fit Academy FC MFA ECNL 2010, followed by a 6-2 win over Olè Futsal Regional B2010, and 5-0 over FDP Futsal Boys 2010. They finished off the event with a 5-2 win over Rangers Futsal Academy 10B Orange in the final.
In the White division, New York Red Bulls Red made it a clean sweep for the age group, winning all four of their matches, including a commanding win over Eastern Soccer Academy L.I. Spartans in the final.
14U Girls
Eastern Soccer Academy L.I. Forza won their first two matches 3-1 and 4-2, and entered the final group game against PTS 2010 Girls LVU Rush, who was also 2-0-0. In the match to see who would reach the final, ESA came away with the 1-0 win. In the final, ESA would win by two goals for the third time, defeating unbeaten Scotch Plains/Fanwood Ertz White 2-0.
15U Boys
Sporting PA 2009 Boys played three back-and-forth matches during the group stages, winning 4-3, losing 3-2, and then winning 4-3 over SUSA FC B09 ECNL in the last game to clinch their spot in the final. They took on undefeated NJ Santos FC Rush 09 Black, and put in a top performance to win the championship 6-3.Â
15U Girls
PTS 2009 Girls Futsal and Olè Futsal N G2009 both finished group play 3-0-0. Olè Futsal opened with back-to-back one-goal wins, while PTS won each of their games by multiple goals. In the final, PTS was not able to contain the Olè Futsal attack, and Olè came away as champions.
16U Girls
NJ Nationals FC 2009 Girls Elite reached the final having allowed just one goal. With wins of 3-0, 5-1, and 4-0, they were one of the top performing defensive teams. Olè Futsal N G2008 was also 3-0-0, playing more high-scoring matches with wins of 6-4, 5-2 and 4-3. In the final, Olè Futsal was able to crack the NJ Nationals defense, and finished with a 3-1 victory.Â
17U Boys
Den of Lions B2008 Raiders and Quaker Elite Gold 07 met in back-to-back matches. After a 1-1 draw in the final group game, which saw them both book their place in the final. In the championship match, Den of Lions edged past Quaker Elite to come away with a 3-1 victory.
19U Girls
STA 05/06G GAÂ got off to a strong start with a big win and never looked back. They rattled off four wins in a row, allowing just three goals on their way to the championship.
