Action-Packed EDP Summer Classic 2025 Draws Over 350 Teams

The EDP Summer Classic, one of the most popular events of the year, took place across five venues this weekend. Over 350 teams from the region's most prominent clubs were in action, with champions crowned across 54 divisions. Teams were in attendance from seven states, including CT, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, and VA.
A total of 46 teams finished group play with a perfect 3 points per game, with PDA, STA Mount Olive and Match Fit Academy Surf all leading the way with four teams achieving this feat. Seven teams scored over 25 goals in the group stages, including NJ Surf South Shore 2016G, Real Futbol Academy SS 2017 Boys, Match Fit Surf Pre-ECNL B13, Valencia SA 2016 Black, STA 2015B Black, FA Euro Bridgeview Academy 2015, and Brooklyn United Academy B2015 National. Eight teams allowed zero goals in the group stages, with NJ Surf South Shore 2016G being the only one who also scored 25+ goals. The other seven teams keeping all clean sheets included Philadelphia Union PPP 2014 Navy, Match Fit Academy FC 2011 Girls Shore ECRL, Deptford Premier FC '14 Boys, PSC Academy 2012 Boys Blue, FC Dutchmen Switchbacks 2012 EAL, Silver Lake Soccer Academy Thunder USYS, and FC Copa G11 ECNL RL NJ Central.
In the 8U Boys Red bracket at Tuckahoe, Brooklyn United Academy B2017 National (NYE) and STA Mount Olive Soccer Club 2017 Boys (NJ) topped the group, each finishing unbeaten with 10 points. Brooklyn edged out first place on goal differential after scoring 14 goals and conceding just 5.
In the 9U Boys Red bracket, STA Mount Olive Soccer Club 2016 Boys (NJ) completed a dominant weekend, going undefeated in group play and edging out Valencia Soccer Academy 16 Black (NJ) in a thrilling 4–3 final to take home the championship. Valencia also impressed with a win over Atlantic United and a high-powered offense throughout the tournament. The group showcased some of the top young talent in the region.
The 10U Boys Red bracket saw NY Red Bulls RDS Showcase B2015 Red (NJ) put on a commanding performance, finishing the weekend undefeated and clinching the championship with a 3–0 shutout victory over SJ Elite (NJ) in the final. The Red Bulls outscored their opponents 15–3 in group play and capped off their run with another clean sheet.
NY Red Bulls RDS Showcase B2014 Red (NJ) delivered a dominant performance in the 11U Red bracket at WSFS, finishing the weekend undefeated. After topping their group with two wins and a draw, they secured the championship with a convincing 3–1 win over Philadelphia Union PPP 2014 Gold (PAE) in the final. The bracket featured high-level competition and showcased the talent and resilience of all participating teams.
Brooklyn United Academy B2013 National (NYE) emerged as champions of the 12U Red bracket at WSFS after a thrilling final against WSA Union County FC Santos (NJ). The match ended 1–1 in regulation, but Brooklyn United triumphed 4–2 in a penalty shootout to secure the title. WSA had dominated group play with three straight wins and a +11 goal differential.
NY Red Bulls RDS Showcase B2012 White (NJ) claimed the 13U Red title at Tuckahoe with a hard-fought 2–1 win over previously undefeated Brooklyn United Academy B2012 National (NYE) in the final. Brooklyn United had dominated the group stage with three straight victories and a +8 goal differential but fell just short in the championship match.
Brooklyn United Academy B2011 National (NYE) emerged as champions of the 14U Red bracket at Tuckahoe, edging South Bronx Utd SBU 2011 (NYE) 1–0 in a tightly contested final. Brooklyn United went unbeaten throughout the tournament, with a win and two draws in group play before sealing the title with a composed performance in the championship match. Despite finishing the group stage with three draws, South Bronx’s consistency earned them a spot in the final, where they ultimately fell just short.
Silver Lake Soccer Academy Thunder (NYE) claimed the 15U Red bracket at Pittsgrove title with an undefeated run and a statement 2–0 win over Northport Cow Harbor Juventus in their final match. Silver Lake topped the bracket with 2 wins and 2 draws, not conceding a single goal across four games. Northport Juventus (NYE) finished second with two wins of their own, including a victory over FC Dutchmen, but couldn’t break through against Silver Lake in the final fixture.
Medford SC United 2009 led the Boys 16U Red bracket at Pittsgrove with an undefeated run, showing impressive teamwork and strong defense to secure 12 points. Rahway Youth Soccer JFC-ARSENAL put in solid performances throughout the tournament, earning 7 points with skillful play and resilience. STA STA-MUSC 2009B demonstrated great determination and competitive spirit, finishing with 6 points and making every match challenging for their opponents.
Fairfax City Academy Elite dominated the 17U Red bracket at Pittsgrove with an undefeated run, showcasing powerful offense and solid defense to score 11 goals and concede just 3. Deptford Premier FC '08 Boys put up strong fights in every match, earning 6 points with skillful play and resilience, highlighted by a high-scoring offense.
19U Boys South Bronx Utd SBU 06/07 led the Boys 18/19U Red bracket at Pittsgrove with an impressive undefeated run, scoring 13 goals in the group stage and finishing strong with a 3-0 victory in the final. Sachem Slammers Black B07 showed great competitiveness and skill throughout, securing second place with solid defense and a potent attack.
The Girls 9U Red bracket at Bordentown showcased some exciting talent and close competition. SJEB FC 16G Summer Select dominated with a strong offense and solid defense, going undefeated until a thrilling final decided on penalty kicks. Players Development Academy 2016G Shore impressed with their resilience and skill, pushing SJEB FC to the limit and capturing the championship in a dramatic shootout.
The Girls 10U Red bracket at Bordentown showcased some fantastic soccer from all six teams. New Jersey Surf South Shore played with great skill and determination to take the championship, while SJEB FC Colonial RED impressed with their strong offense and tough defense throughout the tournament.
The 11U Red division at Bordentown featured some great competition from all six teams. NJ Premier FC showed strong teamwork and determination to claim the championship with a solid performance throughout. Mount Laurel United Spirit impressed with their speed and skill, earning a hard-fought second place.
The Girls 12U Red bracket at Bordentown showcased some exciting soccer from all four teams. STA Mount Olive Soccer Club demonstrated solid teamwork and resilience throughout the tournament, making it to the final with strong performances. Torpedoes SC impressed with their attacking firepower and clinched the championship in a thrilling final match.
The Girls 13U Red division at Bordentown was filled with impressive talent and competitive spirit across both brackets. In Bracket A, DUSC 12G GA and Players Development Academy 2012G White RL showed strong performances, battling hard in tight matches. Bracket B was highlighted by Players Development Academy PDA Shore 2013 Tidal Wave, who dominated with consistent attacking and solid defense to take the championship. Every team contributed to an exciting and well-contested tournament!
Players Development Academy PDA Spirit'11 RL White dominated Bracket A with a perfect 3-0 record, scoring 13 goals and conceding just 2, ultimately winning the final 4-0 over Philadelphia Union PPP 2011/12 Gold, who finished second in Bracket B. Western New York Flash took third place by defeating Deptford Premier FC 2-0.
Match Fit Academy FC dominated the bracket, finishing undefeated with a perfect 3-0 record and a remarkable 15-0 goal difference. They won the final 3-1 over STA Mount Olive Soccer Club, who also had a strong run going 3-0 in the group stage before falling in the final. Nor’easters Academy and Toms River FC battled in the consolation match, with Toms River earning a 1-0 win.
Freehold SL Elite Force went undefeated in the bracket, winning all their group matches and finishing with a solid goal difference. They faced STA-MUSC in a tightly contested final that ended 3-3 in regular time, but Freehold SL clinched the title 4-2 on penalties. STA-MUSC showed resilience with a draw and a win in the group stage but came up just short in the final.
I downloaded Geometry Dash Lite just to try it out, but now I’m hooked. The gameplay is so simple, yet every level pushes me to get better. I love the visuals, and the music makes it even more immersive. I can’t stop playing it.
