Johnny Troiano, a former standout with Dutchmen FC and now a Freshman at Rowan University, scored twice in the 2nd half in the team's come from behind tie vs Kean, and also had the assist in the team's 1-0 win over Washington College.
Troiano now has two goals and two assists in his freshman campaign, and is second on the team in points.
During his youth career with Dutchmen FC, he was part of the 2004 boys team that won the 2022 NJYS State Cup, and finished tied for first place in one of the strongest USYS National League Conferences in the country. The squad was also champions of the EDP Cup Showcases, and other top events around the country. At St John Vianney, he scored 23 goals his senior year and holds the school record for points in a career with 104 (43 goals, 18 assists).
