Calista Burke, a former standout goal keeper with Jersey South FC Galaxy and now a sophomore at Rowan University led her team to the NJAC Championship. In the semi-final, she kept her 14th clean sheet of the season in the 1-0 win over TCNJ, and in the final she made five saves in the 2-1 win over Montclair State.
Burke started all 17 games this season, playing all but 35 minutes throughout the year. She had 14 shutouts in 17 games, making 49 saves. She had a season high eight saves in the team's regular season draw with TCNJ.
During her youth career with Jersey South FC, she participated in USYS National League P.R.O. and also in the USYS Mid Atlantic Premier I Conference.
