HOTEL RESERVATIONS

TEAMS Teams that are staying overnight at EDP Showcases and Tournaments, or EDP hosted events, are required to book lodging through EDP Soccer's hotel partners. Visit Montgomery is the official lodging company for this event. All reservations must be made by contacting Visit Montgomery and this event is a stay to play. Reservations will not be accepted by contacting the hotel directly. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to revocation of a team's acceptance in the tournament.

CANCELLATIONS: Group bookings may have different cancellation policies than individual bookings at certain hotels. Confirm the cancellation policy upon booking if this is an issue. If you do cancel a room, obtain and record a Cancellation Number, just as you should a Confirmation Number upon booking.
