League - Club Pass Information
NJ, PA, NY, DC, CT, DE, and VA
The state your club resides in will determine which club pass button should be used in GotSport.
Shown in the image below, you will see two club pass player options.

If your club/team is in Delaware, New Jersey, or New York, then please use the 'Club-Pass (DE,NJ,NY)' button.
All other states should use the 'Add Club Pass Player' button.

MD
​
All MSYSA clubs and teams will add club pass players to their official MSYSA rosters under the 2023-2024 MSYSA OFFICIAL TRAVEL ROSTERS (MD State) event. This will ensure that all players are correctly approved and eligible before appearing on rosters and/or game cards.
Below you will find the steps on how best to add a club pass player as either a club admin or a coach/manager.

Club Admin
Club Management -> Roster Builder -> Select Official Roster -> Select Club Pass -> Add player as club pass (CP) to the roster.
Coaches/Managers
Team Management -> Select Desired Team -> Select Rosters -> Select Official Roster from drop down menu -> Hit Search -> Select Add Club Pass Player -> Enter Player Details.
