EDP Soccer’s Stay-to-Play Policy
Teams staying overnight at EDP Showcases, Tournaments, or other EDP-hosted events are required to book housing through Titan Travel, the official booking partner of EDP Soccer. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to revocation of a team's acceptance in the event.
Hotel cancellation policies do not apply to Titan Travel groups and individual reservations. Each event has different cancellation policies. Please review the reservation agreement when making your reservation. A copy of this agreement is also included in your acknowledgment and confirmation emails.
Weather Cancellation Policy
Should the tournament organizers or facility owners cancel the tournament due to extreme weather and/or unplayable fields, cancellations are allowable up to, as applicable, (a) if the tournament is cancelled before commencement, 12:00 noon on the day of check-in or (b) if the tournament is cancelled after commencement, the check-out time following cancellation.
If the event is canceled due to extreme weather while already checked in at the hotel, there is no need to contact Titan Travel. Guests will be allowed to check out without fees before check-out time and will be allowed to cancel a reservation by noon of arrival.
Change and Cancellation Requests
All change and cancellation requests (except for event cancellations related to extreme weather) must be sent to Titan Travel by using the change button located in your acknowledgment or confirmation emails.
Acknowledgment emails are sent after each reservation is made. The reservation at this stage only has a reservation ID. A confirmation email is sent after hotels accept each reservation. Confirmation numbers are included in this email.
Method of Payment
Upon making a reservation, a credit card will be required to confirm your booking. This method of payment will be used by Titan Travel and the hotel you booked for any fees or penalties related to your reservation. Charges may be applied up to 30 days after the event.
Guest Behavior Policy
We request our customers to respect all hotel staff and guests as well as follow the policies of our partnered hotels. Each hotel has different policies including smoking, pets, noise, and other behavior recommendations. Please review these policies upon arrival at the hotel. Event organizers expect all groups and individuals to conduct themselves appropriately when staying at our partner hotels. Any reports of misconduct will be forwarded to event organizers.
Hotel Property Damages Policy
Our hotel partners reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to their hotel’s property or structure. Should any damages come to light after the guest has departed, they reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, send an invoice for the amount to the guest’s registered address, or take other actions necessary according to their policies.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A group block is a block of 10-15 rooms set up for a particular team in a hotel. There can be one or more group blocks set up in one single hotel. Group blocks usually have a maximum of 15 rooms available, and any additional rooms can be added to the block depending on group pick up and hotel availability.
The term pick-up is the number of reservations made within a particular group block. Rooms not booked within the group block get released back to inventory after the team’s booking cut-off date.
Team Booking Cut-Off Date
Team booking cut-off is the date when rooms are released from the group block back to the main inventory. This is not the last day to book rooms. Teams are usually given a one-week grace booking period, and then rooms are released on the midnight of the cut-off date.
Event Booking Cut-Off Date
Event booking cut-off is normally 30 days from event date. Cut-off is the date when all open rooms are released back to hotel inventories. Titan Travel no longer holds any rooms at this point except when hotels extend the cut-off but usually with different and higher rates. Some hotels give some rooms back to Titan Travel after the cut-off date, but usually with higher rates.
Amenities vary per hotel so please check hotel profiles before booking your room. Amenities like breakfast and parking are not usually included in the room rate. Other amenities can be requested based on availability. Titan Travel will not be able to accept any amenity requests. Guests will be able to find out if the hotel can honor their requests upon arrival at the hotel and will be based on availability.
Availabilities in any hotel is not guaranteed. A hotel option may show up in the list of available options; but if there are only a few rooms left, Titan Travel may not be able to set up a block for an entire team. Hotels also have the right to decline reservations if they reach capacity due to being oversold or some other emergency situation.
Negotiated (Preferred) Rates
Negotiated rates are the rates agreed upon by hotels and Titan Travel for a block of rooms. These are normally lower than market rate as they are priced to be sold to groups. Negotiated rates expire at the event booking cut-off date. Negotiated rates for groups are also attached to strict cancellation policies.
Hotels partners are the hotels that host Titan Travel events. Teams booking with Titan Travel are expected to book only through these options when the event they participate in have a stay-to-play policy. Hotels that are not in the list of options are not considered hotel partners and will not be made available even by request.
Incidentals range from minibar, laundry, telephonic calls, transportation, spa, medicines to even your salon or doctor fees. Incidental deposits or authorizations are set as per the hotel policy for security, which can be within a range of $40 to $100 against cash or credit card. These authorizations usually appear in guests credit card statements, but they fall off after a few business days if no incidental charges were incurred during the stay.

Your contract is with Titan Travel, including their partner hotels, respective franchisees, associates, related companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors (collectively referred to as “Titan Travel”, “we”, “our” and “us”).
In these Terms and Conditions, the use of the words “you” or “guest(s)/Guest(s)” means any and all persons for whom a Hotel room is booked.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION
Titan Travel and any of our partner hotels reserve the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Titan Travel is responsible for providing the room(s) stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) and according to these Terms and Conditions. We do not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.
Without affecting any statutory consumer rights or other laws that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, Titan Travel will not be liable for loss of any kind whatsoever arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your booking, use of our Services or stay at the relevant Hotel.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our websites or any content on them, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Services or to your downloading of any content on our website, or on any website linked to it.
Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any service by us to you.
When staying at any of our Hotel, you may choose to participate in any tour or program or activity organized by our agents and/or partners (together the “Program”). Please note that such Programs may have inherent risks to health and safety and by agreeing to participate in any such Program, you agree to accept such risk and release Titan Travel from any associated liabilities or eventualities arising, relating or in connection to the Program booked during your stay at a Titan Travel partner hotel or through our websites.
Titan Travel will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Hotel property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings.
To the extent permitted by law, Titan Travel does not accept any liability arising out of any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, flood, war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule (collectively, “Force Majeure”).
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CONTRARY PROVISION HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL TITAN TRAVEL OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DAMAGES, EITHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS) RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES..

All trademarks, trade names, service marks and all other marks, whether registered or unregistered, on the websites are owned by or licensed to Titan Travel and their respective partners and may not be used, reproduced or modified without the prior written approval of Titan Travel.
You hereby irrevocably agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified against all liabilities, claims, losses and expenses, including any legal fees that may be incurred by us in connection with or arising from (1) your use or misuse of our Services and the services provided herein; or (2) your breach of these terms and conditions howsoever occasioned; or (3) any intellectual property right or proprietary right infringement claim made by a third party against us in connection with your use of our sites.
The Services provided, and all content thereon are supplied “as is” and “as available”. Titan Travel provides no guarantee, representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding its websites and content. You are solely responsible for your use thereof.

Titan Travel will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive losses or damage (including without limitation loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation and loss of, or damage to data), arising out of the use the Services or the use thereof or any services purchased from our websites, or any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the services or content provided howsoever caused.
We do not guarantee that our Services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platforms in order to access our Services. You should use your own virus protection software.

The various linked sites on our websites allows for further link-up and interaction between Guests and the said sites for promotions and other interactive mediums. Any disputes arising out of or related to our Services or these terms & conditions or your contract with Titan Travel shall be handled individually without any class action and is governed by the laws of the state and/or country where the Hotel you booked your stay with is located and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of that state and/or country.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Titan Travel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on our websites and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services will constitute your acceptance of any such cancellation, amendment, or variation.
