Alongside our partner Apple Bank, EDP Soccer is excited to present the Fall 2026 - Save of the Month / Season program for all players participating in the EDP North Atlantic League. Let's celebrate outstanding saves. Whether it's a goalie with an incredible dive, or a player that clears the ball off the goal line – this is your chance to help us recognize those who've stood tall when the game is at stake.

 

See complete details below. Voting for the Save of the Month will be open on EDP Soccer social channels for a few days at the end of each month, and in early December for the Save of the Season.

Please include the following details in the description when submitting your video file: 

Player Name, Club Name, Team Name, Event (EDP League game, match number), and a brief description of the Save.

 

PRIZES

• 3 finalists will be chosen each month (September, October, November) 

• 1 Save of the Month winner will be chosen each month

• 1 Save of the Season winner will be chosen each season (Fall-December)

• All nominees (9) will receive an Apple Bank soccer ball 

• Each monthly winner (3) will receive an Apple Bank sweatshirt

• The Save of the Season winner (1) will receive an Apple Bank ‘Grand Prize’  (To be announced)

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO

  1. Prepare Your Video: Please upload your video file to the video sharing platform of your choice, such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive.
  2. Submit Your Video: Submit the video by adding the file into the submission folder using the form (click the submit button on this website). 
  3. Provide Your Details: Please include the following contact info and details in the description when uploading the video file: 
    • Player Name, Club Name, Team Name, Event (EDP League game, match number), Brief Description of the Save (100 words max).

 

*Entries must be submitted by the deadline date posted on program communications each month. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

SAVE of the Month / Season 

OVERVIEW

Voting for Save of the Month will be open on EDP Soccer social channels for a few days at the end of each month, and in early December for the Save of the Season. 

 

We encourage clubs, coaches and players in the EDP North Atlantic League to submit your best saves each week this season. Make sure your player's great saves don't go unnoticed, and help them to get recognized for their outstanding saving skills.

SAVE of the Month / Season 

Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility:

Open to all eligible players that are participating and in good standing in the Fall 2026 EDP North Atlantic League.

 

Submission Guidelines:

  1. One submission per person, per month: Each participant may submit only one video for consideration. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  2. Eligible Save: All save submissions must come from EDP North Atlantic Leagues games. Goals scored outside of these events will not be eligible.
  3. Video Content: Your submission should feature a single, unedited video showcasing your save. The save must be from a match or event that took place in the Fall 2026 league season.
  4. Video Length: Your video should be no longer than 1 minute. Please focus on the save itself, and avoid unnecessary footage that doesn’t highlight the achievement.
  5. Video Quality: We encourage you to submit the highest-quality video possible. The video should be clear and easy to view. Low-resolution or poorly-lit videos may be disqualified.
  6. Format: Video submissions should be in one of the following formats: MP4, MOV, or AVI. Ensure the video is playable and the file size is manageable.

 

Submission Deadline:

  • All entries must be submitted by the deadline date posted on program communications each month. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

How to Submit:

  2. Submission Link: Submit the video link through the official submission form (provided on this website). Include the following details:
    1. Player Name
    2. Club Name
    3. Team Name
    4. Event (EDP League game, match number)
    5. Brief Description of the Save (100 words max)

 

Important Notes:

  1. Requirements: All nominees must complete an EDP Soccer / Apple Bank photo/video/audio waiver. This is release form that is is signed by a parent or guardian before voting begins that allows us to publicize the name and likeness of contest participants. EDP Soccer staff will provide the waiver form via email to all nominees. Nominees will be asked to submit their contact info; athlete's full name and team/club info; an address for shipping prizes, if athletes win; a digital headshot of the athlete; and the form must be completed by a parent or guardian.
  2. Promotional Use: By submitting your video, you grant EDP Soccer and Apple Bank permission to use the footage for promotional purposes related to the Save of the Month / Season program.
  3. Video Link Accuracy: Ensure your video link and submission details are correct. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be judged.
