8U-19U Girls

The Florida Girls League (FGL), Managed By EDP Soccer is the highest level of team-based competition in the state for 8U-19U girls teams. The FGL is a unified girls league registration and league brand under FYSA. Intended to be collaborative, scalable, and respectful of existing league structures. Player-first opportunity to strengthen girls' soccer participation across Florida. By pooling teams, aligning divisions, and collaborating on governance, participating member leagues can deliver a better competitive environment for girls' teams.

 

The league is “owned” by the Florida Youth Soccer Association, with regionally based conferences. Leagues apply to operate a regional conference. The league's operations are then governed by an Operator Agreement between FYSA and the League Operator. Divisions are organized per age group based on geography across Florida. Teams compete within their respective groups during the regular season, culminating in the post-season playoff event. FRL Divisions, Premier Divisions, Various Flights, including Classic, are offered.
