Starting with the 2026-27 season/registration year, USYS age groups will move to an August 1-July 31 age-group formation cycle to better align players wit their school-grade peers. Use the table below to see which age group the players will fall under for the 2026-27 season. Reference the US Soccer link/tool to quickly confirm the player’s age group based on their birthdate. The US Soccer tool will list three options, use the associated age group listed for the August 1-July 31 formation cycle.

Print two copies of the team’s ENYYSA Official Roster, from the league (CJSL, LIJSL, EHYSL etc.) from which the team is carded, for use as the Game Day 

Roster:

1. Official Roster with Photos
2. Official Roster without Photos: US Youth Soccer Passes (laminated) must be provided

When adding an additional age-appropriate player from within your club, who does not have a club pass (CP on roster), attach the player’s team roster (1 or 2) as above. Cross out any players not participating in the match. No passes required when providing a Photo Roster.

EDP TRI STATE CHAMPIONSHIP is open to all EDP league teams and other top caliber non-EDP teams at multiple competitive levels. All non-EDP league teams must receive permission to participate from the league that issues their passes by completing this form.
