Join NYCS - New Club Membership Application

Effective 2024-2025

Policy

Upon receipt of a Club Membership Application, NYCS will evaluate a club’s application. Based on that evaluation, NYCS may accept or deny Club Membership at its sole discretion.

Consideration

• New Club
  • Minimum of 3 active teams that will enroll in the league over the course of 1 year
  • Must have participated in organized youth soccer for a minimum of 1 year
  • Anticipated to contribute to positive future growth of the league
• Coaches must fulfill ENY requirements.
• Must have access to a home field of appropriate size to host matches for teams that will be enrolled.

Definitions

• New Club: A Club that has been sanctioned by a US Soccer organization for 1 year
• Established Club: A Club that has been sanctioned by a US Soccer organization for 2 or more years.
