The EDP Futures Leagues concluded another successful season, with over 400 teams playing in 8U, 9U and 10U divisions this Spring. Top clubs and teams from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Connecticut participated in traditional league play this Spring. Each geography included multiple brackets, providing each team a good game every week with limited travel in a professionally managed league.

“EDP Soccer has been very pleased to once again work with top clubs around the region and their Zone 1 programming. This league play, supplemented by Festivals, continues to aid top clubs with their player development. Participating clubs continued to put a greater emphasis on player development over results, which is paying dividends for the clubs at their older age groups” stated Jen Marcella, EDP Soccer Executive Director of Leagues.
