USYS National League P.R.O. Kicked Off First Event in Round Rock, Texas

USYS National League P.R.O. kicked off its first event last weekend, featuring 14U Boys and Girls Teams in Round Rock, Texas.

Representing their State Association and the USYS National League Conferences, managed by EDP Soccer, were:


Ironbound SC 08 United (NJ), PSA National 08 Boys (NJ), Potomac Blue 08B (MD), Baltimore Celtic 08 Predators (MD)Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals 08B Black (PA-E), Matrix Mavens 2008 (MD), YMS 2008 Boys Celtic NL (PA-E), Lower Merion SC Thunder (PA-E), Barca Academy NY 08B PRO (NY-E), NJ Premier 2008B (NJ), Auburndale SC Blast 08 (NY-E), Lehigh Valley United 2008 Boys Black (PA-E), Torpedoes 08 Red (NJ), Brentwood SC 08 Premier Man City (NY-E), and Asphalt Green 08B (NY-E).


Penn FC Youth 2008 Black (PA-E), NJ Premier G2008 (NJ), FC Somers Lady Hammers (NY-E), NLSA 2008 Girls (NJ), Real Jersey FC 2008 (NJ), Alleycats 2008G NL Red (NY-E), Lancaster Elite Atoms (PA-E), NLS Athena 08 White (MD), New England Surf State Navy (MA), YMS 08G Premier Spirit NL (PA-E), Auburndale SC Strikers 08 (NY-E), PSA North 08 NL Orange (NJ).

Top performing teams included:

Ironbound SC 08 United (NJ) – Went 3-0-0, opening up with a 1-0 win over Nationals Union 08 Boys Red, and also defeated United FC and FC Tampa Rangers.

PSA National 08 Boys (NJ) – Went 3-0-0, scoring three goals in each match and conceding just once. They had wins over United FC Tampa Rangers and Juventus Pogba.

Potomac Blue 08B (MD) – Went 2-1-0, opening up with wins over FC Tampa Rangers and Juventus Pogba, but fell in their last game vs Nationals Union 08 Boys Red.

YMS 2008 Boys Celtic NL (PA-E) – Went 3-0-0, defeating USYS Southern Regional Champion Nona SA 2008 Black 1-0 in the opening match, Sparta Premier 3-1 and Washington Rush 1-0.

Barca Academy NY 08B PRO (NY-E) – Went 2-1-0, after an opening game defeat to Doral SC, bounced back with wins over PSG Academy FL and NJ Premier FC.

LVU 2008 Boys Black (PA-E) – Went 2-0-1, putting them at 3-0-1 on the season. They defeated Columbus United B08 Lions and Asphalt Green before drawing 2-2 with in-region rival and USYS Eastern Regional Champion Brentwood SC 08B Premier Man City.

Torpedoes 08 Red (NJ) – Went 2-0-1, drawing 0-0 with Nationals Union 08 Boys, and defeating Columbus United 3-2 and Asphalt Green 1-0.

NJ Premier G2008 (NJ) – Went 2-0-1, opening the event with a thrilling 5-4 win over Solar 08G Hernandez, and defeating La Roca 08 3-0 before tying Penn FC Youth 3-3.

NLSA 2008 Girls (NJ) – Went 2-1-0, defeating Alleycats SC and FC Westlake 06G, but dropping their second game of the event 2-1 against Solar South 08G Adames.

New England Surf State Navy (MA) – Went 3-0-0, proving again why the USYS Eastern Regional Champions are one of the top teams in the nation. Allowing just one goal against, they recorded wins over GTFC Impact Girls, Indy Premier SC and Germantown Lady Legends.

  • BOYS & GIRLS – Feb. 4-7, 2022 (3 games per team)

Event 3 -  Legacy Sports USA (Mesa, Ariz.)

  • BOYS – March 11-14, 2022 (3 games per team)
  • GIRLS – March 18-21, 2022 (3 games per team)
