The #1 ranked tournament in the nation returns to New Jersey this fall.

The EDP Cup Fall 2019, one of EDP’s flagship tournaments, will feature hundreds of teams from all over the region including some top international sides. US Youth Soccer National League teams, Eastern Regionals Championship winning teams, and State Cup Champions from many states will be in attendance.

EDP Cup Fall 2019 will feature a special 20th Anniversary celebration of the Elite Development Program (EDP). Since its inception in 1999, EDP Cup Fall has grown to over 600 teams and over 80 brackets. This year’s event will again be one of the biggest tournaments in the United States.

In 2018, a total of 14 states were represented in the EDP Cup fall tournament: Virginia, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Illinois, Florida, Delaware and Connecticut. The 2018 EDP Cup also had an international feel with a contingent of Canadian clubs joining from Quebec and Ontario.

Held on Columbus Day weekend, the EDP Cup Fall 2019 tournament is available for boys’ and girls’ 9U-15U teams. Competition will take place at three locations with 11v11 games at Tuckahoe Turf Farms in Hammonton, New Jersey; 9v9 games at Green Branch Park in Pittsgrove, New Jersey; and 7v7 games at Capelli Sports Complex in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Every team is guaranteed three games, with group winners advancing to a championship match on Sunday. All players on first-place teams will receive medals, as well as first place teams of Platinum brackets who will be awarded the opportunity to lift the historic EDP Cup.

Details about EDP’s 20th Anniversary celebration will be released later this fall.
