IMPORTANT COVID-19 PROTOCOL NOTICE (NEW JERSEY LOCATIONS ONLY)
To comply with the New Jersey Governor’s announcement on 3/17/21 regarding Executive Order 232, only two (2) parents or guardians will be allowed per athlete as spectators to watch the games from the sideline—no other family members, guests or exceptions. Please make alternate arrangements for your child's siblings, grandparents (unless legal guardians), friends, relatives, guests, or other extended family members as needed to ensure we comply with this order. Only essential participants are allowed on or near playing areas, including players, coaches, college coaches and scouts, referees, medical personnel and event staff.

NJ State Travel Advisory - Are there travel restrictions to or from New Jersey?

NJ State Travel Advisory Quarantine FAQ

Practices and competitions for indoor and outdoor organized sports may resume in accordance with health and safety protocols and limits on attendance described below.

However, interstate youth sports competitions continue to be prohibited in New Jersey. For more information, see Administrative Order No. 2020-25Executive Order No. 194, and Executive Order No. 204.

Outdoor interstate youth sports competitions will be permitted to resume on Friday, March 19 at 6 a.m. The current prohibition on indoor interstate youth sports competitions will remain in effect for now. Teams and individuals should review the State's travel advisory before visiting New Jersey. Those entering from beyond the immediate region should self-quarantine unless exempted from the travel advisory (e.g., traveling to New Jersey for less than 24 hours).

Policies

Attention all participants & spectators, before attending an EDP event please read our full Photo & Video Policy.

Pets are NOT permitted on or near any grass/turf playing surfaces or spectator areas. Only licensed/certified service animals are permitted. Please inform your families and spectators.



Medical Notice

Medical personnel will be onsite at each venue to assist with medical needs. A concussion protocol is in place.* 

*Medical personnel will evaluate athletes with suspected concussions. If determined by medical personnel that an athlete may/does have a concussion, then the athlete may not return to competition until released by a qualified medical doctor.

Photo / Video Policy Notice

We'd like to ensure your team and supporters are aware of this important policy before the event.

Please inform your team parents, players, and spectators.
 

EDP SHOWCASE EVENTS
EDP contracts official photography and/or videography service partner providers for showcase events. Therefore, no other professional photo or video recording/capturing service shall be permitted at the venues where these service providers are present as outlined and identified in official EDP event materials and communications.

 

Only personal, non-commercial photography and video recording is permitted by participants if filming and capture does not interfere with gameplay and is conducted in a safe and non-disruptive manner as deemed acceptable by EDP Soccer. EDP Soccer reserves the right to limit, restrict, or stop video recording at its sole discretion at any time, before, during, or after an event.  
 

Coaches, club and team officials, as well as family, friends, and fans of players shall be permitted to photograph or videotape the games, for non-commercial purposes, provided that such person or persons do not interfere with EDP Soccer’s officially contracted photographer’s and videographer’s duties, do not use professional ‘elevated’ equipment (above 5ft), or in a location that is deemed as unsafe, undesirable, or distracting to the playing environment or venue.
